Heaters Assembled to Vessel

A successful installation of the fourth Batch Reactor Heating System was completed during April 2013. Since 2000, Melting Solutions (formally IPW) have manufactured and installed four heating systems for Rikevita Food Systems both in Malaysia and China.

With the vessels being 17m3 in volume and diameters of 2.8 m, large side wall heaters and a large bottom pancake heater have been assembled to all of the vessels. Utilising the power control unit supplied by Melting Solutions, successful batch processing of the customers’ products with temperatures up to 300?C has resulted in repeat orders being generated.

Through a close working relationship with the end customer, we have designed and manufactured induction vessel heaters to match vessels manufactured locally to the customer. The units have been manufactured in the UK, packaged and shipped and then assembled to the vessels on site at the customers’ premises without concern. Due to the oversize width, all of the units have been shipped on open top containers exposing the packaging to extreme variations of weather from sea gales to monsoon rain and due to careful attention when packing, all of the units have worked without fail.
